Yes, always.
AI does not replace our lawyers – it makes them move faster, and be more efficient. We only employ or engage senior experienced solicitors that have specialised in employment law for a long time.
Employment Solicitor.com was founded by an employment solicitor with over 20 years experience. The platform is operated by Bolt Law, a specialist employment law support business. Bolt Law is a new type of law firm employs or engages employment solicitors to deliver services to employers. Bolt Law is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’). This allows us to operate in a lean model, delivering employment law support for employers. All of the solicitors employed by Bolt Law are fully qualified solicitors, regulated by the SRA in their personal capacity.
